I'm so glad you're here!  

I became a mama in 2025.  In my early months of parenthood, I often felt a wave of stress every time I left the house.  The simple question of "Where can I safely change my baby?" turned quick errands or coffee dates into high-stakes guessing games.  Too often I found myself at a cafe or restaurant with a diaper emergency only to discover that there was no changing table available on-site.  I wanted a reliable way to know which local businesses and public spaces were set up to accommodate my family before I buckled baby into the stroller.

Inspired by the incredible work of Michelle and her Change Table Locator for Vancouver, I decided to build a similar resource for my community.  The project began as the Vancouver Island Change Table Finder but has now blossomed into NappyMap! 

NappyMap is designed to take the guesswork out of outings, helping parents locate changing facilities when out and about.

My goal is to help every parent and caregiver feel more confident and connected to their community.  Whether you're heading to a favourite cafe in your hometown or exploring a new city, I hope this tool makes your day a little bit easier - one nappy change at a time!
